Ilse Rew — Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Ilse Rew is a Managing Partner at I.P. Investments, where she leads stewardship-driven investing, operational transitions, and long-term value creation in complex organizations. She brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across a broad range of industries, including Public Accounting & Advisory, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Telecommunications & Technology, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Workforce & Staffing, Digital Marketing & Sales Operations, Disaster Response, the Arts, High-End Retail, and International & Emerging Markets.
Throughout her career, Ilse has held senior enterprise leadership roles with direct oversight of operations, accounting and finance, legal, human resources, sales and marketing, compliance, technology, systems development, and information security. She is known for integrating cross-functional teams in regulated and fast-moving environments, aligning governance, accountability, and execution to support sustainable growth, resilience, and transparency.
Ilse has led and advised organizations through periods of growth, restructuring, and ownership transition, with deep experience in operational and financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions support, compliance remediation, enterprise systems implementation, and cybersecurity and risk oversight. Her work frequently centers on stabilizing businesses at critical inflection points—protecting jobs, strengthening leadership structures, and restoring operational and financial discipline.
She has worked closely with boards, investors, and executive teams as a trusted partner during complex transitions, bringing a hands-on, pragmatic approach that balances decisive leadership with collaboration. At I.P. Investments, Ilse focuses on sourcing and structuring investments, guiding portfolio companies through transition, and ensuring capital is deployed with rigor, integrity, and long-term purpose.
Pam Randle — Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Pam Randle is a Managing Partner at I.P. Investments, bringing more than 25 years of experience across the energy and environmental value chain, with leadership oversight of more than $24 billion in capital projects. Her work spans complex infrastructure development, regulatory strategy, and execution in highly regulated operating environments across the United States.
Pam’s experience includes major and minor FERC-regulated projects, environmental remediation, air permitting, natural gas pipelines, electric transmission, LNG import and export facilities, ethane and petrochemical plants, and large-scale natural gas operations and maintenance programs. Most recently, her work has focused on natural gas maintenance and RNG projects across the Northeast, Midwest, and West Texas.
She has served in senior leadership and critical-path roles on several marquee megaprojects, including the Johnston Atoll Chemical Agent Demilitarization System (JACADS), where she resided onsite for over two years, held Top Secret security clearance, and coordinated directly with EPA and OSHA regulators under complex operating conditions. Pam also led permitting and regulatory efforts essential to Final Investment Decisions for Shell’s Polymers Monaca ethane cracker complex in Pennsylvania and Shell’s Elba Island LNG Export Terminal near Savannah, Georgia, working closely with executive leadership teams on schedule-critical approvals.
Pam holds master’s degrees in Biology (University of Alaska Fairbanks) and Finance (Tulane University) and is an ESG Practitioner–certified professional. At I.P. Investments, she focuses on disciplined capital deployment, regulatory and compliance stewardship, risk management, and supporting portfolio companies through complex transitions to ensure long-term operational and financial viability.
